Mini 2011 will start in selected races of the World Rally Championship and wants to contest the entire 2012 season. The BMW Group has taken over 40 years of no competition.

Mini returns after more than 40 years back in the World Rally Championship. The BMW Group will launch in selected races of the 2011 World Cup, 2012 Mini will then go the whole season. The commitment is created, according to a press release over several years.
